Purchasing Manager - South East London - Hospitality and Catering
Overall purpose of the role:
To be operationally responsible for food and beverage related purchases, goods in, stock control and administrating the audit trail of all goods purchased at our clients venue. Ensuring all orders are entered on the company log, correctly and in accordance with financial procedures and company standards. The management of IPOE, Purchasing.
To ensure the effective running of the purchasing office operation and make sure goods are ordered and deliveries recorded in a timely manner as the business demands.
And to manage and lead the purchasing team. Making sure all process and procedures are adhered to.
This is an exiting time to join a forward thinking company, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient numeracy skills and knowledge of Excel. You must also be a good organiser and have a good sense of humour!!!!
A competitive salary package of up to £35,000 is offered.
