Playing an integral part of my clients growing data science and analytics function, the Customer Insight Manager will be tasked with exploring the company’s rich data set to produce actionable insights in to their customer behaviour.Do you have?
Experience leading a team of insight analysts or are a senior member of the team and looking to advance your coaching and mentorship skills. Expertise in customer data producing valuable insights which allow the business to target specific customers with appropriate products. The ability to develop analytical techniques/models which allow data to be thoroughly analysed and predict behaviours and trends. A strong communication style which allows you to fully describe the advantages of these insights to different teams across the consumer division.Are you? A senior member or team lead in a highly technical analytical team who produce actionable insights from large datasets. Experienced with a range of clustering or segmentation techniques. Any knowledge of granular customer segmentation clustering is highly desirable. A strong influencer with good business acumen – Creating insights and selling them back to the business. Strong understanding of open source programming techniques and distributed frameworks highly desirable.
