Customer Intelligence Analyst (Social Media)
We are looking for a Customer Intelligence/Data Insight Analyst to join an exciting Tech company. You’ll provide analytics, insight, counsel and guidance in order to protect and advance the reputation of our clients, their businesses and brands.
You’ll play a leading role in building and overseeing social media analytics and insight, working closely with the Marketing team, you’ll present data in a consumable format that can be shared with the wider business.
You might have previously worked as a Data Insight Analyst, Market Analyst, Social Media analyst, Marketing manager or Researcher.
What we’re looking for
- Social media understanding
- Highly numerate
- Good data interpretation skills
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Some experience of data mining and statistical techniques
- Some experience in delivering actionable customer intelligence in a marketing or operations research environment
- SQL skills would be a bonus
- Maths degree or similar would be a bonus
