The Role – Field Service / Applications Engineer (XRF / XRD Analytical Systems)

This market leader seeks to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Field Service / Applications Engineer, responsible for the service, breakdown, repair, calibration and customer training of a wide range of sophisticated scientific and laboratory systems, utilised within laboratories and pharmaceutical environments.

Your Background – Field Service / Applications Engineer (XRF / XRD Analytical Systems)

To succeed in this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate a background working as a scientist with extensive knowledge of elemental analysis techniques and experience of using one or more of the following: x-ray fluorescence (XRF), x-ray diffraction (XRD), optical emission spectrometry (OES), inductively coupled plasma (ICP). You should have strong customer facing and interpersonal skills and be determined to further your career within a technical field service and customer facing training / applications role.
