Training Support Administrator and Examination Officer - South West London
Salary: £18000 to £20500 pa plus benefits
12 month fixed term Contract

Our client is an established, successful and quality focused training provider with centres in South London, providing a range of work based learning and skills programmes. They currently have a full-time need for an experienced Administration and Examination Offer to support the company's administration function. This post is based in London SW9.

In this role you would be responsible for
Supporting project development, awarding organisation timely registrations, supporting timely claims, monthly audit, verification and timely performance management of grant funded projects.
Assisting in the administrative control and collation of audit trail of outcomes associated with the delivery of funded projects.
Providing excellent administrative support and assistance to learners in ensuring examination bookings and appointments are effectively managed.
Providing key knowledge and skills to the team in setting up and maintaining systems and procedures for managing and monitoring project paperwork, updating project control databases (PICS)and any other data entry system, pulling off reports and assist with the preparation of project audits and payment.
Working closely with a central team to ensure compliance with finances, Health & Safety, project systems and procedures in line with company policies.

You will need to have knowledge and experience of:
* ESF, SFA and Other funding bodies
* PICs, other MIS Systems and Awarding systems
* Microsoft Office suite of packages
* Project compliance issues/audit and quality etc.
* Finance and Petty Cash processes (e.g. purchase orders, invoice reconciliation)
* Monthly returns and data collation, processing
* Experience of project monitoring and preparing claims
* Foundation and Workforce programmes
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in order to meet targets and quality standards
* Detailed and Accurate Data Entry skills

You should hold GCSEs 5 Grade A-C including English and Maths (or equivalent) along with a Business Administration or IAG qualification.
