My client is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner on a 6 months fixed term contract to manage a number of Head office/Group Functions. This role provides the opportunity to partner with the senior leadership teams and work in a varied capacity during a period of rapid growth and organisational change. As such you will play a key role in inspiring, facilitating and leading change and partnering teams to ensure they are in the right place to deliver the companies ambitious strategy.

Working in a strategic and very commercial capacity you will deliver actions that drive people and organisation performance, including development of their leadership. You will therefore need experience of HR Strategy and plans, change leadership, organisation design, talent acquisition and development and performance management. As with most HRBP positions you will, on occasion, be prepared to roll your sleeves up and be comfortable with execution.

You will need to have proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably supporting Head office/Group Functions, and with a proven track record of delivering change leadership and true strategic OD. Your stakeholders in this role are smart, busy and with varying personalities. You will need to have experience of building effective working relationships quickly and ideally be used to engaging in intellectual discussions with your stakeholders. You will also need to be able to work effectively in what can be an unstructured environment meaning that you will have to be flexible and resilient at times.

As this is an FTC, you will need to get 'stuck in' quickly, be used to working with senior stakeholders and be able to work at pace in an environment that is constantly changing. You must be able to start immediately or in the next 4-6 weeks.

The location of the offices is suitable for commuters from towns and cities such as Bristol, Bath, Chippenham, Swindon, Cirencester and Stroud. The easiest access to the offices would be by car as transport links are limited.
