An exciting Sales Ledger / Finance Administrator role has recently become available working for well reputed, family owned business based in Gloucester.


Responsible for, manage and undertake activities relating to;

• Sales Ledger Administration

• Communication with customers and external sales team

• Raising customer sales invoices

• Processing BACS receipts

• Invoicing suppliers

• Producing statements and month end reconciliations

• Proactively dealing with any queries


Skills/ Experience

• Excellent customer manner; out-going and positive; with a can do attitude

• Good communicator

• Attention to detail, accuracy and speed

• Well organized and able to hit deadlines

• Flexibility as and when required

• Team Play
