A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Accounts Assistant to join a Publishing company in the heart of Bath
As part of your role you will be expected to:
- ·Manage the sales ledger
- ·Perform credit control
- ·Raise and send out statements/invoices
- ·Answer customer queries
- ·Report weekly on outstanding debt to the Management Team
- ·Execute PA duties for the MD
- ·Weekly payment run
The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, confident with excellent organisation skills. Communication skills on phone and email are vital. Experience with SAGE and Quickbook is preferable with a minimum level of level 2 AAT.
There is the opportunity for the role to progress and take on more responsibilities, as well as great company bonus such as yearly trips away and business trips to London.
This is a full-time role, with hours from 9.15 to 5.15 pm, Monday to Friday.
