Sous Chef required for our prestigious client - a Hotel located in Cambridge.
As Sous Chef candidates require a multi rosette fine dining background for this opportunity.
As Sous Chef you will be supporting the Head Chef with responsibility for a medium sized brigade with a passion for training and development of your team which are very important factors.
Good kitchen management, stock control and food hygiene control are essential.
The salary for this opportunity of Sous Chef is given as up to £27,000 / per annum / plus a share of the gratuities. Live out role, however temporary accommodation can be provided.
