Permanent, full-time 37.5 hours per week (on a rotational shift basis between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm Saturday)

Starting salary £21,000 to £27,000 per annum depending upon experience

We are looking for experienced Mortgage Advisers, passionate about delivering a fantastic customer service.

We manage all types of commercial secured collaterised loans on behalf of lenders and investors, as well as residential mortgages (including Buy to Let), lifetime mortgages and small balance commercial mortgages for consumers and SMEs.

What will I be doing?

Providing mortgage advice to customers and delivering the highest in professional standards. Adhering to all defined risk and regulatory requirements whilst offering a friendly service, ensuring the customer's needs are met through tailored solutions.

You will act upon customer feedback trends and opportunities; implementing measures which will create an unrivalled customer experience, inspiring them to buy from us, stay with us and recommend us to others.

We will empower you to be accountable for managing customers through mortgage life events and moments of truth with professionalism and integrity to maximise the customer experience and Customer advocacy.

What skills and experience will you have?

  • Fully CeMAP Qualified

  • Industry experience with up to date regulatory and market knowledge

  • Contact centre / call centre experience preferred

  • Experience of developing strong customer relationships

  • Confident in using multiple computer systems

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
