Are you an experienced Sales Administrator?

Do you have strong Excel skills with extensive use of Spreadsheets?

We are seeking an experienced administrator to support the sales team of a globally recognised organisation in Bournemouth on a 12-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good Administration, Customer Service and IT skills to further their knowledge within a busy and fast paced environment.

Your position will be 50/50 split between the companies National Account and Client Management team. Your focus is to provide essential Sales Administration support in an organised and timely manner. This is a busy and fast paced role; therefore, you will need to think on your feet, manage your time effectively and deal with deadlines.

Experience working in a fast-paced sales office environment would be highly desirable as you will be getting involved in sales forecasting/activity, spend tracking and proposals.

Essential requirements

• Strong/Advanced excel skills – knowledge of advance spreadsheets.
• Strong administration skills.
• Past reporting and forecasting skills.
• Presentation preparation experience – good PowerPoint skills.
• Good communication abilities.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and time management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the client management team with client presentations.
• Using complex spreadsheets to show and understand client forecasts.
• Constantly liaising the sales team to ensure all data, updates and information are up to date and communicated.
• Assisting with account proposals.
• Track trade spend and accrual via spreadsheets.
• Liaising with clients and sales team on price changes, submitting this onto the system.
• Communicating with customers and arranging samples when required.
• Desire to learn the company’s products and progress in your role.
• General ad hoc Sales Administration.
