We have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Insight Analyst/Manager to join a leading brand at an exciting time as they embark on an impressive time of growth across their Digital & Ecommerce Teams. This is genuinely an excellent opportunity for someone who is career driven, ambitious and keen to be heavily involved in a business going from strength to strength.

You will be the owner of our customer data providing key insight and opportunities for the wider eCommerce team support the Head of Analytics by assisting in managing the Analytics team.

Customer Insight Analyst/Manager Key Accountabilities:

* Own the customer database and identify opportunities to increase the customer lifetime value
* Produce and support the CRM strategy
* Supporting supplier funding with relevant data and insight
* Takes ownership of implementing business decisions and effectively communicates where appropriate.
* Regularly checks that customers and stakeholders are satisfied, challenging performance where appropriate.

Customer Insight Analyst/Manager Skills:


* Data modelling and analytical skills
* A good knowledge of statistical methods and data / web analysis software
* The ability to deliver accurate, relevant and timely information, based on solid research
* An understanding of SQL (the ability to write basic queries)


* Familiarity with Google Analytics (or similar)
* Experience with statistical analysis software (R, Python, SAS or similar)
* Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI or similar)eCommerce experience
* Forecasting experience
