Dynamite Recruitment is currently seeking a Customer Service/Claims Handler to work for our client based in Portsmouth. Duties will include:

  • Sourcing vehicles for clients, researching and contacting various companies then negotiating rates with the suppliers to maximise profits for the company.
  • Setting up contracts, arranging meetings and then managing the client relationships going forward.
  • Liaising with existing clients to maintain smooth running of the business.
  • Management of sensitive information such as client credit card details and ensuring compliance and data protection are met, including ensuring secure disposal of the information to comply with data protection laws.
  • Dealing with current accounts and liaising with customers to finalise aged debt accounts.
  • Maintaining accuracy of client files and databases.
  • General Administration including filing, processing post daily, dealing with emails and telephone calls.

Experience in the Automotive or insurance industry would be a distinct advantage. Hours are 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
