Regional Manager (London)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience

Benefits: You will also be entitled to a company car, or car allowance, due to the geographical area you will be responsible for. Your geographical area will be Greater London

Annual leave amounts to 25 days per year (excluding bank holidays).

What you'll be doing: I am looking for an experienced regional / operations manager to oversee the running of multiple developments across the greater London area. This large care group have many developments throughout the UK boasting a real person centred focus in each of their homes.

The successful applicant will work from home and be required to travel to the developments ensuring the highest possible quality service is maintained. (Approximately monthly to the developments they manage and to other regional locations for monthly meetings)

You Will:

- Ensure that services provided are consistently of the highest possible quality through the application of Company policies and QA procedures, and identifying and recommending possible improvements in practice.

- Seeks and evaluates some user views and experiences, (service users, relatives, corporate purchasers and relevant professionals), providing feedback to staff and the Board and ensuring the Company Complaints procedures are properly and promptly implemented.

- Undertakes, as required, special areas of responsibility and ad hoc support to the Area Manager

- Report to the Directors about reviews of policies and procedures, quality assurance validation, service development.


You will have a Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Adults) or equivalent and/or Registered Managers Award.

Have excellent operational management experience preferably in a learning disabilities environment, including experience of multisite management within London and strong understanding of resident's needs, have direct experience of dealing with staff management issues.

Strong communication skills, knowledge of statutory and regulatory environments, full clean driving licence - as the successful candidate will be required to travel to all the developments within their remit.
