Page Personnel Finance are assisting a client based near Winchester who are looking to hire an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis. Our client's offices are commutable from Winchester, Andover, Eastleigh and Basingstoke.

Client Details

Our client is a market leader in their field and one of the biggest companies in the area. Continuously growing, they are now looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy finance team.


You will be responsible for processing a large volume of invoices per day and will need to be comfortable and experienced in dealing with high volumes of invoices and pressured working environments. You will also be responsible for bank reconciliation, reconciling supplier statements, logging BACS payments and processing daily standing orders.


For this high-volume role, my client requires an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who is used to a busy finance environment and will be able to hit the ground running. You will need to be an enthusiastic and driven person who enjoys and thrives on working under pressure and to strict deadlines. You will enjoy a busy office environment and enjoy working as part of a like-minded finance team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and at least two years' experience in a similar role are essential to succeed in this role.
