Sinclair Global guides clients to the global stage through consulting services designed to enhance existing brand image and development, as well as to increase brand advocacy, footfall and sales.

We are recruiting a Projects and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team to lead marketing for China - our primary market. The Projects and Marketing Manager will work alongside the Creative and Sales & Marketing teams, reporting directly to the Global Director.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead marketing for China - company’s primary market
  • Liaise with business clients to discuss products and services to be marketed, defines target groups and assesses the suitability of various media and platform.
  • Act as market specialist on all client accounts, presenting insights for the China market
  • Conceives advertising campaigns to impart the desired product image in an effective and economical way.
  • Manage key client and partner relationships
  • Deliver internal training on material and required approach for marketing to China
  • Design content and recommend content strategies
  • Content and communications management to China, including distribution of promotional product
  • Activations for clients: campaigns and events
  • Stays up to date with products and competitors, as well as changes in media, readership and advertising rates
  • Manages project deadlines including design, print and translation
  • Producers reports and recommendations regarding marketing strategies for senior management
  • Improve website, CRM and systems for targeted marketing
  • Translate materials as required

Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading and writing)
  • Work experience of 2 years minimum, working with luxury and/or lifestyle brands
  • Hold a Masters degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related subjects
  • Design proficiency with design portfolio (PS, AI or ID)
  • Photography and videography skills seen as beneficial
  • IT skills (Wordpress, CRM, Mailchimp and Microsoft Office)
  • Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with confidence to clients and partners
  • Be driven, able to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Have strong strategic thinking & analytical mindset
  • Be confident, influential and assertive when dealing with internal & external stakeholders
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills, excellent team player

Location: London

Package: GBP 32,000 - GBP 40,000 depending on experience

Type: Permanent contract

Working hours: 40 hours per week
