Teacher of Art and Design
An "Outstanding" School in Darlington are looking for a teacher of Art and Design, to start a long-term role in September 2018. The role is full-time and you must have experience teaching KS3 and KS4 Art and Design. The role has come about due to staff resignation and additional option groups being added to Art.
You will need to be organised, innovative and have the ability to draw on the students interests, ensuring that progress is made. You should be creative in your lesson delivery, as you will be teaching a range of ability levels. The ideal candidate should have a teacher reference number.
The school is well-resourced and will provide you with opportunities to access the CPD programme. The successful teacher will work with a team of specialists and will inspire all students to make progress.
The school are open to applications from experienced practitioners, as well as Newly-Qualified teachers, as school will support NQT process.
To be considered for the teacher of Art and Design position you must:
*Have experience teaching KS3 and KS4
*Deliver inspiring and engaging lessons
*Ensure that all students work their hardest to achieve the highest results
*Hold a recognised UK teaching qualification
