I am currently working with a well-established Accountants in Bradford who have an urgent requirement for an Auto-Enrolment Administrator to join their busy payroll team.

Main duties include:
Assist with the day to day administration within the department
Maintaining the database of payroll bureau clients
Liaise with clients regarding auto-enrolment
Set up clients with an auto-enrolment scheme with designated pension provider and issue correspondence when required
Ensuring all enrolled clients file their certificate of compliance with the pensions regulator
Assisting with the weekly/monthly submission of contribution schedules to the pension provider within agreed time scales and procedures
Resolve any queries regarding the auto enrolment.
Provide regular progress reports to the directors as requested
Assistant with processing payroll during holidays or busy periods
