Systems Administrator - Windows, Linux, Scripting - Market leader

My client is the global leader in their market and they seeking a natural born problem solver with a keen eye for detail to join their science orientated software house based in Marlyebone, London. As an experienced Systems Administrator, your day to day tasks will include; installing, configuring, monitoring and operating their in-house servers and internal network services including DNS, emails and firewalls.
However, there is a DevOps element to this role. My client is keen to implement DevOps practices into their daily working life. You as the sole System Administrator will have autonomy over the best DevOps practises to implement. An interest in Puppet and Jenkins would be preferred.
Working within a hybrid environment will enable you to develop both your Windows and Linux skills. The software runs on around 80% Windows and Linux 20-30% users, so it is important to have a strong understanding of Windows technologies. This is a great opportunity for you to develop your knowledge into the world of Linux as the company's internal platform utilises a predominantly Opensource Linux environment.
