Job Title - Private Clients Account Handler - Insurance
Salary - £21,000 - £25,000
Location - Hampshire
Industry - Insurance Brokerage (Insurance, Broker, Broking, Private Clients, HNW, Household, Personal Lines, Binders)

·An opportunity to work for an established and well respected Insurance Brokerage. Working within a team of 16, looking after a book of 450 clients, dealing with household schemes on binders, travel and marine craft. Average premium levels will be £200 - £1,500.
·Processing scheme renewals
·Contacting clients to obtain up to date risk information and discuss renewal terms
·Issuing mid-term adjustments
·Issuing renewal, new business, renewal confirmation and adjustment letters
·Remarketing policies when necessary
·Managing debts
·Managing system and Outlook diaries
·Prioritising and managing own workload
·Ensuring renewals are sent out within the required timescales
·Understanding and meeting service standards
·Completing compulsory e-learning courses, and any additional courses set by your Manager
·Attending in-house training courses
·Required Skills:
·Manage and develop a portfolio of clients
·Manage client expectations at all times
·Understand the business activities of clients and be able to communicate these to others
·Ability to conduct & control client meetings
·Intelligent, articulate and have high presentation skills & personal standards
·Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written
·Able to form good business relationships with both clients and insurers
·Analytical mind and the ability to interpret figures/statistics
·Candidates must have attained a minimum of 6 GCSE's or equivalent, with English and Maths at Grade A-C.
·Cert CII or committed to achieving this within 1 year of joining
·Candidates must have a minimum of 1 years HNW Household experience in a similar handling role
·Annual bonus (dependent on company performance);
