Technical Support Analyst

Permanent & Full Time / Up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience / Berkshire

Hours: Alternating weekly shift pattern of 8.00am - 4.30pm and 9.30am - 6.00pm, with an hour for lunch

Objective: Assist customers with queries and problems relating to the software post implementation.

As a Technical Support Analyst you will:

  • Ensure all calls are dealt with efficiently and promptly Accurately investigating, identifying and rectifying both the causes and the symptoms of problems
  • Offer work arounds to minimise the impact of problems
  • Accelerate calls to the senior team when appropriate
  • Identifying calls that are not support calls and manage these by following company procedure.
  • Assisting less experienced members of the team with their calls
  • Liaise with other members of the Support Team and other departments
  • Taking the initiative and identifying ways processes can be improved
  • Support project worked as and when required
