This role is primarily focused on managing an established, successful sales team who sell off plan property to investors.

The role is to be the leader of the team and driver of all targets and kpi's which need creating and implementing. The creation of a sales office is needed and analysis of data is required in order to set the future strategy of the team.

The culture is well established in this successful sales team and now is ready for a successful manager with experience to come and drive the future of the off plan investment into Birmingham, surrounding areas and London.

This client is an independent property investor and specialises in property investment company transforming commercial spaces in key city centre locations into stunning residential apartments and also building brand new apartment complexes in equally desirable locations. We are a financially strong and experienced property developer with an extensive portfolio spanning the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.

Profile

For this role you need to be/ have the following;

  • Management experience
  • Off-Plan property experience
  • Be organised
  • Be time efficient
  • ability to communicate and influence both internally and externally at a senior level
  • highly proficient in the use of Microsoft excel and powerpoint
  • excellent written/presentation skills
  • ability to formulate relationships, both internally and externally to achieve individual objectives
  • financially and commercially astute

Job Offer

Basic starting from £50,000 with OTE of up to £150,000
