Salary: £32,300 - £39,000 per annum; salary is negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and capabilities

We are currently looking for an experienced registered nurse to work as a Unit Manager within a nursing home in London. The Care Home treats every resident as an individual. For this reason they offer several types of stay depending on the level of support required, from long-term care to respite and nursing care. The home is easily accessible by both road and public transport links.

The Care Home has been specifically designed to meet the needs of residents - primarily for those with nursing and residential care needs. They also provide respite, palliative, and specialist dementia care. The service enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. The home has an excellent CQC report. Staff morale is very high.

Person Specification:
Applicants must be RGN or RMN or RNLD trained and must hold a valid PIN. All applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction. As a Unit Manager, you must have solid nursing experience and the ability to motivate and lead others, taking a proactive approach to management.
