My client is a respected and well established New Homes Developer with over 40 years in the industry who now have an urgent requirement for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator in for their flagship Cambridge development. They have an excellent reputation for build quality and take pride in their work and have a company ethos of providing an excellent customer journey. They feel that commitment to the highest levels of customer satisfaction underpins their success. So, alongside your ability to reach and exceed sales targets you will take pride in providing excellent customer service to ensure that continued success.

On offer is a:

Basic annual Salary of £26k

OTE in the region of £45k

The successful candidate must have recent New Homes Sales experience working directly for a developer. You will have sold off-plan, be familiar with Property Misdescriptions and incentive schemes such as Help to Buy.
