Our client is providing technical support to one of the biggest companies in the world. They have been expanding worldwide and are now looking to expand their multilingual team in High Wycombe. They require Technical Helpdesk Advisor with fluency in German or French.

Technical Support Analyst with English and fluency in either German or French. You will be required to build up a good knowledge base in a range of the firm's web based products, provide ongoing daily support to their clients together with accurate resolution and guidance on all product related issues and questions. In this First Line Help Desk position you will be troubleshooting any technical issues the company's staff might encounter. Since many of their clients are located throughout Europe and fluency in English AND in German or French is required.


  • Fluent in English and in 1 of the following: German, French
  • A track record of providing tech support to corporate clients and/or financial institutions
  • The successful applicant should be a good communicator (oral and written) possess enthusiasm for delivering an exceptional level of service to the company's clients, be flexible during periods of change and be self-motivated
