About The Company

A Global organisation within the Insurance industry is currently seeking an Administrator to join their team on a permanent contract. They have a strong team ethic and are looking for somebody to share their passion in driving the business forward.

About The Position

Main responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls from customers.

• Liaising with customers and communicating with the inhouse team.

• Updating spreadsheets

• Maintaining and updating data

• Ensure forms are completed and maintained

• Providing full administration support.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

• Experience in insurance environment

• Administrative skills

• Excellent IT skills

• Excellent communication skills

• A very good telephone manner

• The ability to speak Polish and English fluently
