1st Line Support: Active Directory, Exchange, London, £23k

1st Line Support Analyst is required by a leading design company from their office in Wandsworth. The Company who produce some of the UK's most recognised products require an IT Helpdesk Analyst who will be responsible for handling and resolving all 1st line desktop, hardware and software support requests.

Other responsibilities will include:
*PC/laptop builds and repairs. Peripheral/printer/hardware installations and maintenance. Software installations/upgrades. Printer/Fax/Copier maintenance.
*Setting up new Staff members/Office moves/additions: User/email accounts, PC Equipment, Telephony and associated services.
*Configuration and Installation of basic network devices and telephony equipment and PBX administration.
*User training/hand-holding. Basic Software training.
*Assets auditing and ordering.

Technical Skills:
*Good basic PC/hardware knowledge and skills. Peripheral/Driver installation.
*Adept with Windows XP/Vista/7, Office 2003-10/Outlook.
*Experience with Mac/Mac OS, Photoshop & AutoCAD beneficial.
*Basic understanding of Networking/TCP IP configuration/LAN Setup.
*Familiar with Active Directory. Basic Server 2003 & Exchange 2007 skills desirable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required as is a customer focussed personality.

For the right person, the Company will pay up to £23k
