This is one of Bristol's leading Estate Agents. They specialise in Residential and commercial property sales, lettings, auctions and surveys throughout Bristol and the wider region. They are a small family orientated firm who value the excellent quality of service they provide to all their clients. Their Survey team specialise in Valuations, Major Defect Surveys, Building Surveys and RICS Homebuyer reports.
Your new role
In this position you will be working alongside 1 other MRICS surveyor to produce residential surveys for a wide variety of clients from large retained businesses through to private clients. You will be conducting bank valuations, probate valuations, capital gains valuations, building and homebuyer surveys as well as a wide variety of other projects.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will need to be a Registered Valuer with at least 2 years local experience in residential valuation surveys. Ideally you will be MRICS/FRICS however if you are AssocRICS but a Registered Valuer then your application will be considered. Excellent communication skills are necessary for liaising with clients and compiling reports. This is a role where you will be working autonomously a substantial amount of the time however with the support of the other surveyor in the firm.
