Customer Service Rep / Customer Service advisor - Evenings

A Customer Service Rep / Customer Service advisor is needed to join a global Ecommerce Retailer based in Knowsley, Liverpool on a part time basis working evening shifts (8 hours per week plus 4 hours flex uplift). With full training on offer (4 weeks) expect a fantastic opportunity to progress your customer service career in an amazing environment.

Available Shifts: Part time evenings, 8 hour weekly contract, including an additional 4 hour flex uplift. You must be flexible between 5pm - 2am Monday – Sunday.

Continuing to experience exciting levels of growth, they are now seeking a Customer Service Reps / Customer Service advisors who share their passion for top-notch service to join their team.

Joining as a Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Representative you will bring your energy and personality to the role (they don't believe in scripted calls) to ensure customers always receive an excellent standard of customer service. On a day-to-day basis you will answer inbound calls from customers to place orders, manage queries and resolve any issues in addition to some admin tasks to support the wider customer service team. In short you will be a brand champion, supporting customers with the desire to go above and beyond to ensure exceptional customer service.

To qualify. You should be an enthusiastic candidate who can learn quickly and has the desire to go the extra mile for customers or you could have some front line customer service experience, we don't mind, as long as your CV shows:

  • You have a friendly, professional and natural telephone manner;
  • The ability to handle inbound calls with tact, discretion & patience;
  • You are a superb listener, with a friendly and positive approach;
  • You are a team player;
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Good computer skills;
  • A passion for creating an incredible customer experience every time.
