We have a great opportunity to join an international market leader and support their legal team. If you are friendly, proactive and articulate, you'll feel right at home in this diverse and friendly team.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 09:00-17:30, Friday 09:00-17:00.

The role of Legal Contract Administrator is to support the legal team and manage the department's inbox, handling ad hoc enquiries, triaging the workload and helping to determine the correct response to contract enquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining the contract database and uploading agreements onto this.

Other duties will include support during internal audits, ad hoc drafting and creating templates.

You will need to demonstrate fluency in spoken and written English and if you have previous experience in a legal environment or in a large or complex organisation (especailly healthcare), this will be a distinct advantage.

Other skills and attributes require include a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, ability to work under pressure and demonstrate good time management, adaptability and be able to work effectively in a professional team.

Although this is a temporary role, it will initially be for six months but may well continue.
