About the RoleThe Operations team is a core part of the Auction business, made up of various functions; Yard, Inspections, VCP and Imaging. As Service Delivery Manager, you will lead, manage and drive all aspects of the Service Delivery function, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and effectively whilst building robust relationships with Vendors and providing customer service excellence at all times.Developing robust relationships with both Vendors and Buyers, you will understand their needs, and identify ways to build existing business for the Auction Centre, working with other departments as required. You will drive customer service excellence within your teams, regularly monitoring and reviewing the customer experience and identify ways to continually enhance the customer experience and taking appropriate action as required. About YouWe’re looking for an individual who has proven leadership experience within a similar environment and who has experience of working within rigid regulations and procedures. Comfortable working in a fast paced business environment, you will have the ability to resolve customer queries and complaints to a mutual satisfaction and have budgetary and business planning experience.With excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail, you will be able to analyse financial reports or budgets and the ability to analyse data to drive performance. We’d also like you to have strong time management and organisational skills, good analytical skills and the ability to work in line with KPI’s and SLA’s.
