As a Compliance Manager,your responsibilities and duties will include: Ensure regulatory compliance with betting/gaming and other legislations and regulations Ensure smooth licensing and certification process in all (existing & new) jurisdictions Follow up regulatory development in new potential markets in line with the company strategy Ensure compliance audits and examinations, the dissemination and analysis of new or revised laws and regulations Research on compliance issues, training, and the company's overall compliance policies and procedures Formulate compliance checklists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the department for executive management meetings Manage our compliance team Compliance Managerpreferred skills / attributes: Experience as a Compliance Manager in a B2C online gaming company or a leading international organisation Good knowledge in the regulatory jurisdictions of MGA, UKGC Expectation management and good communication skills necessary for interaction with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders Ideally, you are already leading, coaching and developing your own team In-depth knowledge of regulatory law Benefits: Competitive salary + company bonus Annual leave 25 days p/a + public holidays Private Health Insurance Daily Breakfast Relocation package includes the flight to Malta up to €250 and 2 weeks in the company apartment About us: We are a flat organization which means less managers managing managers.
