Finance Manager (Financial Planning) £42,510 - £45,949
Due to expansion with the organisation we are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to oversee the Financial Planning and Treasury for First Choice Homes, which includes managing our exciting and ambitious development programme. It is an exciting time to join the team and the organisation with great opportunity for the right candidate.
The main purpose of the post is to be responsible for First Choice Homes Financial Planning inclusive of producing a 30 year financial plan. Lead for financial appraising and reporting for our new development programme as well as our continued investment programme for our existing housing stock. The post-holder will also be responsible for all treasury management services, ensuring our loan facility is managed effectively and producing a range of regulatory returns.
