College Information Systems Assistant

Salary: £17,188- £17,950 pa

This is a full time role for 37 hours per week over 52 weeks per year.

Main Duties:

1. Inputting and maintenance of accurate data in the college information systems
2. Attendance monitoring
3. Being main point of contact for Business, Computing, Access, Partnerships and Business Services.

This role will involve large amounts of data entry and at key times of the year you will need to flexible with your working hours to meet the needs of the department.

It is essential that you have a Level 2 qualification in English, Maths and ICT. Previous experience of data input and processing is essential.

A Level 2 qualification in Business Administration or similar would be desirable but is not essential.

On appointment, you will be placed at the salary point aligned to a number of factors which include, but are not limited to, qualifications, previous relevant experience, current salary and market forces.

Please note an enhanced DBS will be required for this role. The successful candidate is required to meet the payment of this DBS check which is currently £44.
