A leading Global Financial Institution is seeking to employ a Manager Operations Analytics, based in Birmingham.

Hours 35 per week/permanent.

Competitive salary offered.

The role holder will provide leadership, support and expertise to deliver commercially relevant Global Collections and Underwriting standards that build functional operational capabilities to deliver results. They will provide subject matter expertise across a spectrum of capabilities, including; Operations, Analytical, Change Management and Systems. They will lead and direct collections and underwriting actions, priorities and performance to deliver optimum recover rates.

They will translate collections and underwriting strategy into priority actions and lead the implementation and oversight of Collections policy and governance frameworks, procedures, practices and standards to ensure quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance.

They will champion and communicate a clear vision for strong Global Collections capabilities, aligned to the vision of the business, values and goals. The role holder will also establish business cases for new initiatives, present proposals to diverse stakeholders and management to obtain necessary support and resources. 

The successful candidate will be a graduate and will have the following:

  • Extensive credit policy, credit risk management or analytics experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, engineering or a related field.
