Teacher in Adult English and ESOL (Fixed Term)
Salary: £20,749 - £30,710 depending on experience
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term for 1 year
We are looking for an individual who has an experienced background in delivering high quality teaching, learning and assessing to the Adult English and ESOL curriculum. The successful candidate will have worked with a variety of students at different levels ensuring students develop in their speaking, listening, reading and writing.
You will have a desire to impart your skills and knowledge to our learners and will be responsible for delivering teaching, learning, assessment and tutorial support to learners so as to maximise achievement and continuous improvement.
You will hold a CELTA, DELTA, PGCE or Certificate in Education and be qualified in English to level 3 or higher you will also need experience in teaching Functional Skills. We will accept applications for non-qualified teachers however you must show a keen desire to work and train towards your qualifications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and an appreciation of the uses of IT are essential, as is a commitment to excellence.
