You must be a confident and charismatic Physics graduate with a 2:1 or above and, ideally, experience supporting children in an academic setting. The perfect candidate will be able to use their approachable personality to help develop strong bonds with their pupils. The Headteacher wants to recruit a graduate with a burning desire to help and develop pupils who need additional assistance to to help them overcome learning barriers.
In this Physics Graduate Teaching Assistant position found in Ealing, West London you will be working primarily as part of the high-achieving Science faculty. You will lead pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups and in this role you will be based under the approachable Head of Science. New members of the support team are usually offered support from a Senior Teacher who has a long history of successful helping TAs and LSAs and develop good practice that will allow them to impress in their teacher training.
