We are seeking strong system orientated warehouse administration clerks to join out teams.

We operate 3 shifts within the teams/warehouse as follows:

  • 6.00 am - 14.00hrs

  • 14.00hrs - 22.00hrs

  • 22.00 - 6.00am

All applicants must be aware that these teams work on a rotational shift basis and therefore ask they you are able to work each of these.

  • As warehouse- Administration support clerks, you are responsible for the movement and storage of good in ALL warehouses.

  • Working as part of a large team

  • Using key warehouse management systems to control and check orders against original purchase documents and ensure that shipment content are double-checked for accuracy

  • Clerks will also support Team Leader with managing warehouse stock movements and measure performance indicators.

  • Accurate physical receiving of product in order to maintain integrity of inventory control and reports defect (any) direct to line manager.

  • Ensuring that all administrational/clerical duties are carried out with efficiency professionalism, to the required standards and timescales

  • Any non-conformance pallets/loads are raised to the management team or the customer

  • Liaise with drivers visiting the site that are delivering and or collecting stock and ensure that all vehicle and driver details are captured and that the correct load is allocated to the correct vehicle/warehouse, whether inbound or outbound.

  • Schedules all inbound and outbound delivers

  • Received product deliveries

  • Records and checks quantity and quality of goods received and good being despatched

  • Ensure that all good are inputted received and despatched good into the computer system and scheduled are correct.

  • Strong MS Office packages to include, Word, Excel and Outlook
