Our client, a well-known and reputable law firm, are currently seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Private Client team on a full time and permanent basis. This role would be ideal if you have previous digital dictation experience within family, wills or trusts. They pride themselves on client care so they are specifically seeking individuals to support their vision and culture.
You will be:
- Typing from digital dictation
- Managing files using a case management system
- Undertaking general office duties to include; filing, collating and scanning of documents and sorting incoming post
- Maintaining a compliant and accurate file management system
You will have:
- A professional and positive work attitude
- Proficient and accurate typing skills
- Excellent communication skills over the telephone and in person
- Strong attention to detail
