Small company in West London expanding requires a person qualified by experience for a full time accounts/ Credit control assistant, helping In- house Account. Right Candidate must have sage accounts, credit control and Microsoft office experience as essential requirement.
Shared duties include setting up on New Sales / Purchase Ledger, Posting Purchase Invoices, Daily Banking, Issuing Supplier Payments, Posting Cheque Payments, Reconciling Supplier and Customer Accounts, Issuing Sub- Contractor Payments, liaising with installation and service department to assist in carrying out effective credit control.
Candidates must have good command of spoken and written English. Flexible and Multi-Tasking ability and must be a team player.
