Salary: £22,416 - £29,093

E.ON Highways Lighting operates one of the largest streetlight contracting businesses in the UK, with a large presence in the Midlands and the North West. As well as providing new installations for most of the UK’s housing developers, we also work for the majority of the local authorities in our areas.

Right now, were looking for a Compliance Support & Process Auditor to join our Highways Lighting team based in Wednesbury. Here you will ensure that work undertaken throughout Highways Lighting complies with all external accreditations and requirements relating to Quality, Environment and Safety. Travelling across our network of Highways Lighting sites, you will carry out ISO9001 internal audits and monitor the completion of non-conformances. You’ll be tasked with ensuring the relevant management systems are produced, controlled and maintained in addition to providing effective support to ensure that other external and internal accreditations and requirements are monitored and maintained.

Required profile:

What we need from you:

•Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
•Planning and organising skills to include effective prioritising.
•Numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and information and produce it in a clear and logical format.
•A working knowledge of PC based computer systems and the ability to adapt quickly to changes to those systems.
•Ability to travel UK wide to all Highways Lighting sites.

It would be great if you had:

•Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to take a confident and diplomatic approach with staff, colleagues and customers.
•Good understanding of all business activities within Highways Lighting.
•Formal internal auditing training on ISO quality, environmental and safety systems.
•Good understanding of the processes and procedures that operate in Highways Lighting.
•Knowledge of ISO9001.

Additional Information

This role is a permanent position.
