We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager on behalf of a well-known local Tourist Attraction. This is a part-time position (30hrs) but full-time will be considered for the right person. This is a great opportunity to join an energetic and exciting business and promote their services.

You will successfully oversee a successful digital marketing strategy for the business in line with company plans, objectives and requirements. To successfully drive revenue through a variety of channels with the aim of increasing brand awareness and conversions from website visits to booking events and attraction visits. Working closely with the in house events team to effectively promote and market all events as well as increasing public awareness of the exceptional experience the attraction offers.

Key responsibilities
Play a key part in the creation of an industry leading Digital Marketing strategy, maximising traffic, conversions and ROI across all key channels. Work closely with the Directors and Events team to full contribute to and deliver an effective strategy to drive online traffic to the company website and customers via social media campaigns
    Effectively track conversion rates and report weekly and monthly as required. Ensure appropriate and timely improvements to the website to assist marketing and increase trafficCreate, develop and manage inspirational and engaging digital marketing campaigns on a regular basis and to the company strategySuccessful utilise a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPCProfessionally and proactively oversee the social media strategy for the companyManage the online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness by targeted percentages month on monthMaintain and carefully manage any redesign of the company website in conjunction with the DirectorsImprove the usability, design, content and conversion of the company websiteEfficiently plan and budget all digital marketing to best use and gain with authorisation from the DirectorsAccurately evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data and suggest appropriate improvements and changes to build brand awareness and business
Ensure strict deadlines are met and hold ultimate accountability
    Analyse and act on potential strategic partner relationships
    Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social mediaProject management experiencePrevious experience in a similar digital marketing role.Excellent marketing skills and knowledgeAbility to build a rapport with external providers and partners and confidence to do soAbility to negotiate both inside and outside of the companyPrioritisation skillsAbility to work to deadlines effectivelyTeam workAn exceptional knowledge of digital marketing channels, including affiliates, display, PPC and SEOExcellent working knowledge of Google Analytics and Microsoft ExcelProven experience in reporting and analysis in order to make informed marketing decisions and drive initiatives
    Bachelor degree in Marketing desirableQualified member of the CIM or equivalentExperience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes
