This Northampton-based specialist Cyber Security company seeks a conscientious individual to join an expanding team in support of administration, marketing, events management and sales support. This varied and exciting role requires someone with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a range of tasks concurrently in support of a fast-paced team.

Candidates should have solid verbal, written, interpersonal skills and have confidence using MS office packages such as excel and word. An advantage would also be good practical knowledge of the Adobe suite of software. The successful candidate will be expected to organise and manage corporate events, inventory, suppliers and customer sales support.

Key responsibilities
- Manage all correspondence and logistics for events
- Managing inventory database
- Handling logistics for customer orders
- Support the marketing efforts of the business
- Management of the organisations CRM system
- Creation of contracts
- Produce reports/meeting minutes as appropriate
- Sourcing and booking meeting venues
- Carrying out venue site inspections
- Setting up new vendors/suppliers
- Travel and accommodation bookings

Key requirements:
- Experience within project/event management/marketing/sales support
- Strong IT skills
- Strong personality
- Excellent communication skills

The role is a full-time opportunity, working 09:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday) with a requirement for European travel to support sales growth. Salary £17,000 - £23,000 (dependent on experience).
