Conversion Analyst (CRO) / Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist (Private Education)

A Conversion Analyst (CRO) / Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist is needed to join a leader within the private education sector. Based in the heart of Manchester's vibrant city centre, expect to drive conversion rates and optimisation across all digital channels.

Employing the very best in the industry they are now seeking a Conversion Analyst (CRO) / Marketing Analyst to aid the growth of their global student network.

Working closely with the User Experience team, the Conversion Analyst (CRO) / Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing optimisation plans. On a day-to-day basis expect to conduct A/B and MVT testing across all channels, analyse output, develop compelling recommendations, drive marketing acquisition, improve channel conversion, refine user journeys and more. In short you will play a key role in understanding the needs of potential students, identifying correct tools and implementing solutions.

To qualify. You should be a highly organised Conversion Analyst (CRO) / Conversion Specialist / Marketing Analyst / Optimisation Analyst / Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist / CRO Manager / Conversion Strategist or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimisation;
  • A track record of conducting A/B and MVT deployments;
  • Experience of owning and managing page conversion and user journeys;
  • You are highly competent in at least one of the following CRO Tools: Google Optimize, Optimizely, Oracle Maxymiser, VWO, Hotjar – other CRO and heat map tools;
  • A good understanding of analytical software such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent organisational skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
