IT Trainer required by a prestigious US law firm to join their European headquarters in Central London.
As an IT Trainer you will be responsible for planning, designing and delivering training through a variety of 1:1, classroom, deskside and workshop sessions. You'll carry out Training Needs Analysis with stakeholders across the firm, and within the IT team, to identify skills gaps and upcoming changes requiring training, as well as delivering induction training to new starters at the firm.
Your training experience should include
ü MS Office 2016 / 2013 / 2010 to MOS Expert level (particularly Word)
ü Windows 10 / Windows 7
ü Legal Applications (Document Management, Time Recording, Practice Management)
ü Delivering Classroom, 1:1, Deskside and Workshop style training sessions
Ideally you should have experience in a similar role working in a professional services environment (finance, accountancy, legal, consultancy etc.). Previous experience with legal technology such as Document Management, Digital Dictation etc is desirable but you will have the opportunity to develop your skill set in this area if not.
This role would suit someone with a passion for training and a proactive approach. Lots of opportunity to get involved in the range of training offered and the methods of training delivery.
