Application Support / Software Support - HR

Application support opportunity available for an experienced support specialist who has exposure to a range of applications, ideally software used by HR teams.

  • This is not a role for an infrastructure or network support specialist.

Work for an expanding, global organisation near Middlesbrough the role will involve the technical support of a range of 3rd party applications. As a result candidates must be prepared to work with a range of technology and be comfortable adding to their existing skill-set - full training will be provided on proprietary software.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify new systems/applications to match needs of the business
  • Central POC and user support for a small number of internal applications
  • Work with users and stakeholders to proactively identify system improvements and changes

Commercial Experience Desired

  • Experience with internal corporate applications for HR - eg Recruitment, Learning Management Systems, Taleo, Sharepoint, Workday
  • Systems analysis
  • Technical Support for numerous business applications
  • Ability to create and present reports
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Confidence when questioning, influencing and challenging
  • Strong inter-personal and documentation skills
