1st Line Support Analyst - Scunthorpe - Up to £18.5k + Bonus (up to 12.5%) + 31 days holidays, 7.5% pension + Life Assurance
We are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Analyst to deliver IT Support, log and assign tickets, escalate problems etc. You will need a good general knowledge of IT (although full training will be provided) and an excellent customer service attitude. The role is to cover 7am to 7pm on a rota basis, with out of hours on call between 7pm and 11pm also on a rota basis. Ideally you will have at least twelve months experience in an IT support role.
