Installation & Service Engineer
ISGUS UK is a market leader in Time & Attendance & Access Control Software Solutions within the U.K. and throughout Europe with significant global presence in the major economic countries. This is an additional role within our Support and Installations Department and is pivotal to the maintenance of our extensive existing customer base including all new installations. Commitment is essential to both the individual and the company's success. The successful candidate will be expected to work using their own initiative with the ability to prioritise. Must be personable, confident, articulate with a pleasant disposition, in conjunction with good customer facing skills, working both in-house and on customer premises.
The Service and Installation Engineer role requires the following:
1. Good knowledge of MS operating systems and network addressing
2. Electrical installation experience (CCTV \ Access Control \ Alarms)
2. Excellent written & verbal communication skills, ability to make our customers feel at ease
3. Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel essential (generally no over-nights)
