Location: Chelmsford

Salary: Grade 8 – Starting at £32,523 per annum and rising to £35,841

Job Type: Full Time, 37 Hours, Permanent

The role of Business Analyst will sit within the Digital Services Programme and Projects Team and will be working closely with the Software Development team.

As a Business Analyst, you will have excellent analytical skills to really understand the way that the business teams want to work. You should be keen to understand the benefits of technology and identify where they can best be deployed to help our project managers and software development team deliver real value. The role is part of an Agile Scrum team and key tasks will be to develop Process Maps and User Stories to feed into 2 weekly sprints.

It will require great organisation, determination and sometimes negotiation skills to ensure success in a busy environment. The successful applicant will have excellent problem solving and communication skills and a customer orientated approach.
