My client being a global Internet company is currently seeking a UX Program Manager to work on a 6 months temporary assignment. What you will do...
As a UX Program Manager, you will coordinate focused UX research projects. You will review requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the weekly project lifecycle. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

Key Duties & Responsibilities...

- Managing UX research timelines
- Coordinate and lead operating processes and tools for effectively coordinating the team.
- Coordinating multi-disciplinary team to ensure everyone is aware of UX research objectives, assets, constraints and timelines
- Oversee assignments of team members to ensure quality and efficiency, and report status and issues to management regularly.

To be considered for this role...

- BA/BS degree in related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A passion for creating data visualization and/or dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to evolve program processes and strategy based on research, data and internal trends.

Nice­to­Have Skills:

- Knowledgeable about and able to work across multiple functions - including Product, Engineering, Communications, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Legal, HR, and Operations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to identify problems and issues and recommend processes to solve them.
- Solid analytical skills and ability to create data-driven recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and credibility.
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management and having exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
